Multiquip 1-952352 Rubber Cushion - OEM Replacement Part for Vibro Unit

This rubber cushion is a critical vibration dampening element for the vibro unit on Multiquip trench rollers, absorbing and isolating vibration forces during compaction operations. These rubber elements mount to the center beam with fourteen M10 hex screws torqued to 50 Nm and require blue threadlocker adhesive during installation.

According to Multiquip service specifications, rubber elements must be replaced when cracks deeper than 10 mm are detected during inspection. The installation procedure involves placing new rubber elements onto the center beam, applying blue adhesive to all fourteen M10 hex screws, and securely tightening to the specified 50 Nm torque value (AF size 17). Additional blue adhesive must be applied to the rubber elements' threads on the vibromotor side during reassembly.

This component is essential for maintaining proper vibration isolation and preventing premature wear to the vibro unit assembly. Regular inspection of rubber element condition helps prevent catastrophic failure during operation.
