Multiquip 1127111 Battery - OEM Replacement Part for Trench Rollers

This 12-volt battery powers the electrical system on Multiquip trench rollers, supplying energy to the starter motor (8.9A peak draw), ignition system, machine controller, and all solenoids including steering, drive, and amplitude control valves. The battery works in conjunction with the alternator (P/N 129423-77200) which provides 14.5V charging output at 250A peak to maintain charge during operation. Battery voltage must not fall below 10 volts while starting to ensure proper machine controller function and reliable engine cranking.

During maintenance, always disconnect the negative terminal first when removing and connect the positive terminal first when reinstalling to prevent electrical damage. The machine controller and other electronic components are sensitive to voltage fluctuations - battery voltage must remain above 10V during starting operations. Before performing any welding work on the roller, the battery must be completely removed to prevent damage to the machine controller and electronic systems.
