Multiquip 1217678 Hydraulic Tank Assembly - OEM Replacement Part

The hydraulic tank assembly stores and supplies hydraulic oil to the entire hydraulic system, maintaining proper fluid volume and pressure for drive and vibration operations. This complete assembly includes the tank body, filler neck with O-ring seal, ventilation filter mount, and drain plug positioned at the chassis rear for service accessibility.

Proper maintenance of the hydraulic tank is critical for system performance. The tank should be drained only at operating temperature to ensure better oil flow and complete flushing of residues from the tank. The drain plug requires a 27mm wrench (AF size 27) and should be hand-tightened during reinstallation. Tank capacity requires a minimum 30-liter collection vessel during oil changes. The filler neck O-ring must always be greased before installation to maintain proper sealing. When performing hydraulic oil service, the ventilation filter should be replaced simultaneously with the hydraulic oil filter.

The hydraulic system operates on ISO VG 46 HVLP hydraulic oil per ISO 2137 and DIN 51524 T3 standards for both drive and hydraulic functions.
