This vibration control valve regulates hydraulic pressure in the Rammax 1575 trench roller's vibration system, maintaining the critical 220 ± 10 bar operating pressure required for proper drum compaction. When this valve fails, operators will experience loss of vibration function, inadequate compaction performance, or illumination of the vibration indicator lamp.

The valve is integrated into the vibration control pump assembly and works in conjunction with the 11 ccm/rev gear pump to deliver precise hydraulic pressure to the drum vibration system. During troubleshooting procedures, technicians connect a pressure gauge (minimum 250 bar capacity) to the vibration pressure measuring point and verify the system reaches 220 ± 10 bar at full engine speed.
