This hydraulic hose assembly maintains critical fluid pressure and flow within the hydraulic control system of Multiquip Rammax rollers. Proper hydraulic hose integrity is essential for safe operation, as decomposed or incompatible hoses can lead to hydraulic control system failure and operational hazards.

Installation of this component follows specific procedures outlined in the RX1575 service manual, including proper positioning of hydraulic hoses 018 (A3) and 002 (P) connections. When replacing hydraulic hoses on rollers operating with synthetic ester HE hydraulic oils, only hoses declared by the supplier as compatible with synthetic esters may be used. It is strictly forbidden to retrofit used rollers for biodegradable hydraulic oil applications, as this causes hydraulic tube decomposition and system failure.
