This oversized piston ring set provides a precise 0.25mm oversize fitment for rebuilding the Honda GX160K1QMX2/GX160U1QMX2 engine used in plate compactor applications. When engine compression drops, oil consumption increases, or blow-by becomes evident during operation, this ring set restores proper cylinder sealing and engine performance. The Honda GX160 engine in the MVC-90H delivers 5 HP at 3,600 RPM and must maintain proper compression to engage the centrifugal clutch at approximately 2,300 RPM operating speed.
