Multiquip 18257M Hose Filter WPB-16 - OEM Replacement Part

This in-line hydraulic hose filter protects the hydraulic drive system on Multiquip power buggies by preventing contaminants from reaching critical drive motors and control valves. Installed between the directional control valve and the Hydro-Gear hydraulic pump, this filter element uses a fine mesh screen (100-149 mesh depending on model configuration) to trap debris and particles that can cause premature wear or failure of expensive hydraulic components.

According to Multiquip technical diagrams, this filter is positioned in the hydraulic oil return line where it continuously screens hydraulic fluid during all drive and dump operations. Regular inspection and replacement of this filter element prevents contamination-related damage to drive motors, the hydraulic pump, and directional control valves.
