This 30-amp main circuit breaker protects the electrical system on Multiquip LT12 series light towers, serving as the primary power control for the 6,000-watt generator output and lamp circuits. Located on the upper control panel, this dual-pole, screw-terminal breaker must be switched to the ON position before any lamp circuits or auxiliary receptacles can be energized.

Rated for 277 volts, this circuit breaker is the first point of electrical control in the light tower's power distribution system. The main breaker feeds power to four individual 15-amp lamp circuit breakers and the auxiliary output receptacle circuits. On LT12DAB models, it protects the 30-amp twist-lock circuit that provides continuous 6,000-watt output capability.
