Multiquip 19920 Center Tower Mast Assembly - OEM Replacement Part for Light Towers

The center tower mast assembly is the primary structural component that supports and extends the lamp array on Multiquip light towers, enabling vertical positioning of the lighting system to heights necessary for area illumination. This welded assembly forms the middle section of the three-piece telescoping mast system and works in conjunction with the mast extension cable system and hand winch to raise and lower the upper sections.

The center mast interfaces with both the lower base mast and upper mast sections, housing cable routing pulleys that are critical to the extension mechanism. During maintenance operations, the assembly must be inspected for cable wear, pulley alignment, and structural integrity. When servicing the mast extension cable system, technicians should lower the mast to horizontal resting position and inspect cable clamps, pulleys, and mounting points for worn or damaged components.
