Multiquip 23162 CV Shaft Drive Coupler - OEM Replacement Part for Power Trowels

The CV shaft drive coupler connects the CV joint to the gearbox on Multiquip ride-on power trowels, transmitting torque from the CVT clutch system to the left-side gearbox. This critical component ensures proper power delivery to the trowel blades during concrete finishing operations.

During spare drive belt replacement or CV joint service, this coupler must be accessed by removing the three screws that secure the CV joint to the gearbox. The coupler works as part of the Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) system, which automatically delivers the correct amount of torque required under all load conditions—from float pan applications to high-speed burnishing operations.

Technicians should inspect this coupler during regular maintenance intervals and whenever performing drive belt replacement or gearbox service.
