The seat plate assembly serves as the mounting interface between the operator seat and the main frame of JWN-Series ride-on power trowels. This assembly features pre-drilled holes that align with the seat mounting studs and accepts the provided nuts to secure the seat in place, ensuring stable operator positioning during concrete finishing operations.

According to Multiquip factory setup procedures, the seat is removed during shipping for protection and must be reinstalled before placing the trowel into service. Installation requires inserting the studs on the bottom of the seat through the holes in this mounting plate, then installing and tightening the provided nuts. The plate is designed to withstand the dynamic loads and vibrations experienced during floating and finishing operations on concrete slabs.
