Multiquip 23562 Belt Guard Panel Assembly - OEM Replacement Part

This belt guard panel assembly encloses and protects the drive belt used in conjunction with the clutch system on Multiquip JWN Series ride-on power trowels. The belt guard is a critical safety component that keeps hands and fingers clear from moving engine belts while providing structural protection to the drive system during concrete finishing operations.

Under normal operating conditions, the drive belt enclosed by this guard may last approximately 150 hours. The belt guard must remain properly installed at all times to prevent injury from moving parts that can crush. Signs that the drive system requires attention include belt fraying, squealing during use, smoke emission, or a burning rubber smell. The JWN Series is equipped with a spare drive belt carrier mounted on the inboard side of the left-side gearbox, and operators should always verify a spare belt is present before placing the trowel on a slab.

This belt guard assembly is specifically designed for the Honda GX690RTAF gasoline engine configuration used on JWN Series ride-on power trowels. Never remove or operate the trowel without properly installed belt guards.
