The main frame assembly serves as the structural backbone of ride-on power trowels, supporting the engine, operator seat, controls, and spider assemblies during concrete finishing operations. This critical component integrates mounting points for the seat switch system, which prevents blade rotation and limits engine speed above idle when the operator is not properly seated—a key safety feature during operation.

This frame assembly is engineered to withstand the constant vibration and operational stresses of commercial concrete finishing work.
