Multiquip 2743010211 Muffler CP EH-09 - OEM Replacement Part for Rammers

The muffler assembly reduces exhaust noise and directs combustion gases safely away from the operator during rammer operation. This OEM muffler is engineered specifically for the Robin EH090D/EH092D gasoline engines used in Multiquip tamping rammers, which operate at maximum output of 2.4 H.P. at 3600 RPM. The muffler handles extreme heat cycles during high-impact compaction work where rammers deliver 600-695 blows per minute with impact forces up to 2,250 lbs. per blow.

A failing or damaged muffler can cause excessive engine noise, reduced performance, and dangerous exhaust redirection toward the operator. Regular inspection of the muffler for cracks, rust-through, or loose mounting is essential, particularly on equipment operating in demanding soil compaction applications including road work, embankments, and trench backfilling.
