Multiquip 2831 Frame Seat Assembly - OEM Replacement Part for Ride-On Trowels

The frame seat assembly provides the operator seating system for Multiquip ride-on power trowels, mounting directly to the trowel's frame via studs and a mounting plate. This complete seat assembly is shipped separately from new trowels and installs by inserting the bottom-mounted studs through the mounting plate holes and securing with the provided nuts. The seat includes integrated safety features, including an engine stop switch cable that connects to the trowel's control system as part of the operator presence safety circuit.

Many Multiquip ride-on trowel seats feature track-mounted designs similar to automobile seats, allowing fore and aft adjustment via a control lever located under the front of the seat for optimal operator positioning during concrete finishing operations. The seat assembly is a critical component for both operator comfort during extended finishing work and safety system functionality.
