Multiquip 28423402H3 Piston 0.25 OS Oversized - OEM Replacement Part for Rammers

This oversized piston provides 0.25mm additional clearance for worn cylinder bores in Multiquip rammer engines, extending engine life without requiring a complete powerhead replacement. Designed specifically for the MTR40F Tier 2 engine platform, this OEM piston restores proper compression and performance in high-hour units experiencing blow-by, excessive oil consumption, or loss of impact force.

The MT55F rammer is engineered to operate at 3,600 RPM, delivering between 600-695 impacts per minute with 1,650-2,250 lbs. of force per blow. When compression degrades due to cylinder wear, operators may notice reduced impact force, difficulty maintaining operating speed, or increased fuel consumption. This oversized piston addresses wear in the 2.01" bore of the ROBIN EH090D/EH092D single-cylinder OHV engine, restoring factory specifications for the 5.24 cubic inch (86cc) displacement powerplant.
