This outrigger assembly with bolt-on mounting system provides critical stability for Multiquip light towers during operation. The assembly includes the complete outrigger leg with integrated bolt-on mount hardware, designed to support the 2,000 lb jackstand capacity rating required for safe deployment of LT12 series light towers. When properly deployed, the five-point support system (which includes these outriggers) enables the light tower to withstand wind speeds up to 65 mph while the mast is raised to its full 31.5-foot height.

The bolt-on mount design allows for secure attachment to the trailer frame while enabling the pull-pin release mechanism for quick deployment and retraction. During setup, technicians pull the outrigger to extend it into position, rotate the jackstand into support position, and secure it before raising the mast. This design is engineered to handle the 1,550-1,690 lb dry weight of LT12 series units plus the dynamic loads created by wind forces on the extended mast and lamp assembly.
