This 30-amp single-pole circuit breaker with screw terminals protects individual lamp circuits on Multiquip light towers, providing essential overcurrent protection and manual switching control for 1000-watt metal halide lamps. When a lamp circuit experiences an overload or short condition, this breaker trips automatically to prevent damage to the generator and electrical system.

On the LT12D50SA light tower, four of these circuit breakers control the individual 1000-watt metal halide lamps, allowing operators to select which lamps to operate for maximum versatility. The twist-lock design circuit breaker is rated for 30 amps continuous duty and integrates with the 6,000-watt continuous output generator system. During normal shutdown procedures, all four lamp circuit breakers must be set to OFF position before shutting down the main breaker to prevent generator damage.
