The fitting foot is a critical wear component that forms the contact surface between the tamping rammer and the compaction area, absorbing tremendous impact forces while maintaining effective soil compaction. This genuine OEM fitting foot is engineered specifically for Multiquip/Mikasa rammers that deliver 2,140 lbs. of impact force per blow at 600 blows per minute.

The MTR-60L rammer applies consecutive high-impact forces to level and compact soil particles, increasing dry density for applications including road construction, embankments, pipeline backfilling, and cable installation work. The foot assembly features a laminated wood construction with a tempered steel plate designed for superior shock absorption during continuous operation. The standard plate dimensions measure 11-1/16 x 13 inches (285 x 330 mm), capable of compacting approximately 2,153 square feet per hour.

Removal requires disassembling the protection sleeve, band, and loosening four nuts on the foot plate before removing bolts.
