Multiquip 31207ZE3003 Clutch Comp O/Run - OEM Replacement Part for Vibratory Rollers

The electromagnetic clutch assembly controls the vibration system engagement on Multiquip vibratory rollers, allowing operators to toggle between travel-only and vibration modes. This complete overrunning clutch assembly is critical for proper vibration actuation and smooth operation of the drum compaction system.

According to Multiquip technical specifications, this electromagnetic clutch operates at 12V DC with a coil resistance of 6.6 ohms at 68°F and delivers 25 Nm (2.5 kgf-m) of torque. The contact area gap should not exceed 0.028 inches (0.7 mm) - beyond this limit, improper actuation or absorption can occur and replacement is required. The clutch is protected by a built-in 5A fuse in the wire harness that cuts power during over-amperage conditions. If vibration fails while the engine runs at 2,500 rpm, check the fuse first before diagnosing the clutch assembly.

The clutch box requires greasing every 50 hours of operation as part of the regular maintenance schedule. This assembly does not affect the roller's travel capability when engaged or disengaged.
