The mid section tube is a critical structural component of the mast extension system on Multiquip light towers, providing support and housing for the cable routing system that raises and lowers the tower. This tube section connects between the bottom and top tower sections, incorporating pulleys that guide the winch cable through the mast assembly to achieve the maximum vertical height of 31.5 feet.
