Multiquip 35447 Pulley 4F3V412 x 1.25 QD Hub - OEM Replacement Part for Pavement Saws

This quick-detachable (QD) hub pulley drives the V-belt system that transfers power from the engine to the blade shaft on Multiquip pavement saws. The 4F3V412 x 1.25 bore configuration ensures proper pulley alignment and optimal belt performance for the SP2S20H medium-powered saw, which operates at 3,600 engine RPM and delivers 2,270 blade shaft RPM.

During maintenance and replacement, precise pulley alignment must be verified using a straight edge to prevent premature V-belt wear and ensure efficient power transfer. Set screws should be treated with LOCTITE Threadlocker 266 and properly torqued after installation. The pulley slides onto the shaft (either PTO shaft for engine pulley or blade shaft for blade shaft pulley) and must be oriented correctly before securing.

This pulley is a critical component in the drive system that enables the SP2S20H to achieve the factory-set blade speeds necessary for proper cutting performance with 20-inch diamond blades. Worn or damaged pulleys can cause belt slippage, reduced cutting efficiency, and inconsistent blade speed.
