Multiquip 354910020 Bellows Clamp Kit - OEM Replacement Part for Rammers

This bellows clamp kit secures the protective bellows assembly that shields critical engine and transmission components from dust, debris, and environmental contamination on Multiquip tamping rammers. The bellows system is essential for maintaining the longevity of the centrifugal clutch and oil bath lubrication system used in these 2-stroke gasoline rammers. Regular inspection of clamps and bellows integrity should be performed during routine maintenance intervals to prevent premature wear of internal components.

The MT-85H series utilizes a Robin EC12-G air-cooled 2-stroke engine producing 4.0 HP at 4,000 RPM with 670 blows per minute and 4,410 lbs. of impact force per blow. The bellows assembly protects the gearbox housing and spring cylinder which operate under intense vibration and exposure conditions. Worn or damaged clamps can allow contaminants to enter the oil bath reservoir, compromising the lubrication system visible through the oil level sight glass.
