Multiquip 367119052 Handle - OEM Replacement Part for Tamping Rammers

The lifting handle assembly provides operator control and machine maneuverability for Multiquip tamping rammers during soil compaction operations. This critical component must be inspected before each startup to ensure safe operation and proper machine control during compaction of roads, embankments, pipeline backfill, and other high-impact tamping applications.

Before starting operation, the lifting handle must be checked for damaged or loose bolts, cracks or breakage on the handle structure, and surface fissures that could compromise structural integrity. The handle should not be used as a lifting point for the entire rammer—always use the designated lifting point on top of the machine. When repositioning the rammer using the lifting handle and front rollers, limit movement to 16 feet (5 meters) maximum. During tamping operations, pulling back slightly on the handle angles the rear of the tamper foot to contact soil first, allowing faster machine advance across the work surface.
