The Body Complete assembly serves as the main structural housing for Multiquip tamping rammers, containing the spring cylinder and gearbox components that convert the engine's circular motion into powerful downward impacts. This complete body unit maintains the oil bath lubrication system critical to rammer operation, visible through the oil level sight glass at the rear of the tamper foot.

Compatible with tamping rammers rated at 700 blows per minute, this body assembly houses the components that deliver 3,600 lbs. of impact force per blow for soil compaction applications. The unit integrates with the automatic centrifugal clutch system and supports the #10W-30 motor oil bath containing approximately 1.7 pt. (800cc) of lubricant. Regular inspection of the body assembly for damage and maintaining proper oil levels through the sight glass is essential for optimal rammer performance.
