Multiquip 371113331 Crankcase - OEM Replacement Part for Tamping Rammers

The crankcase is the critical housing component that encloses the gearbox and spring cylinder oil bath lubrication system in Multiquip tamping rammers. This component houses the centrifugal clutch mechanism that converts circular motion into the powerful impact force required for soil compaction, while maintaining the oil bath that lubricates internal components during operation. The oil level sight glass integrated into this assembly allows operators to monitor lubrication levels at the rear of the tamper foot, ensuring optimal performance during compaction of roads, embankments, pipeline backfilling, and cable installation work.
