Multiquip 37176 Flange 6.0" Inner Blade - OEM Replacement Part

This 6.0" inner blade flange secures and centers the diamond blade on the bladeshaft assembly of Multiquip CS7060 STOW SAW pavement saws, ensuring proper blade alignment and safe operation during concrete cutting applications. The flange works in conjunction with the outer flange guard to clamp the blade firmly to the bladeshaft pulley system, which is driven hydraulically through the saw's hydrostatic system.

Located as component #5 in the bladeshaft assembly (Figure 6), this flange is a critical safety component that must be inspected regularly for wear, cracks, or damage. A worn or damaged blade flange can cause blade wobble, improper cuts, excessive vibration, and potential blade failure during operation.
