The rear saw access panel provides essential protection and access to critical blade shaft components on the STOW CS4030 saw while maintaining operator safety during cutting operations. This panel is engineered to facilitate quick maintenance access to the oil bath blade shaft assembly, blade flange system, and drive belt components without requiring extensive disassembly.

The CS4030 saw features a cold-formed welded box construction chassis with an oil bath design, fully enclosed cast iron blade shaft housing. This access panel allows technicians to efficiently service the oil-lubricated blade shaft bearings, inspect the 6G 3VX-500 multi-groove drive belt, and access the quick disconnect blade flange system. The panel design accommodates the saw's capability to mount blades on either the left or right side, with the blade shaft featuring a 2-3/8 inch diameter and 1-inch arbor diameter. Proper access panel installation ensures the blade guard capacity remains intact for 16-30 inch diameter blades while maintaining the electro-hydraulic blade raise-lower system functionality.
