Multiquip 416351700 Lock Bracket Wheel - OEM Replacement Part

The lock bracket wheel secures the wheel assembly in the stowed position on Multiquip plate compactors, allowing operators to tilt the machine back for transport and storage. This critical component works with the lock holder and lock wire system to keep the wheel kit safely positioned away from the vibrating plate during operation and locked in place when the compactor is tilted for moving.

This OEM bracket is part of the WHL88TC and WHL88T wheel kit assemblies. During installation, the wheel bracket mounts to the engine base alongside the wheel spacer and guard hook assembly, secured with M10X30 bolts and M10 lock washers torqued to 54.2-57.9 ft.lbf (750-800 Kgf-cm) with Blue Loctite #243 applied to threads. The lock wire attaches to the lock holder hole to secure the wheel assembly when stowed. Proper function of this bracket ensures the wheels remain clear of the compactor during soil compaction operations and locked safely when the machine is tilted back on its wheels for repositioning.
