This complete vibrating plate assembly is the core compaction component for the Mikasa MVC-64VH/VHW plate compactor, delivering 2,275 lbs of centrifugal force at 5,600 vibrations per minute (93 Hz) to compact granular soils and asphalt. The durable cast iron plate measures 22.4 x 13.8 inches and produces low amplitude, high frequency vibrations designed specifically for sand, mixed soils, and asphalt applications.

The vibrating plate works in conjunction with the vibration case assembly, which houses the eccentric and gears that generate forward motion at approximately 82 feet per minute. This configuration enables maximum compaction coverage of 5,658 square feet per hour while keeping the engine and handle vibration-isolated from the plate itself.
