Multiquip 43596 Battery Box Assembly - OEM Replacement Part for Ride-On Trowels

The battery box assembly houses and protects the 12VDC battery that powers the electrical system on Multiquip ride-on trowels. This OEM assembly secures the battery in place beneath the rear right step, providing reliable access for maintenance while protecting the battery from jobsite debris, hydraulic oil, and concrete splash during finishing operations.

On the STXDF model, the battery box is accessed by removing the rear right step (Item 41) and provides critical mounting and protection for the battery that powers the 3.5-inch LCD digital display, six 20-watt LED work lights, ignition system, and all electronic controls including cruise control and fuel selector functions. Regular inspection of the battery box area is essential during routine maintenance intervals, particularly when checking battery terminals and connections. During long-term storage procedures, the battery must be disconnected and removed from this housing to prevent discharge and corrosion.

This assembly is engineered to withstand the vibration and environmental exposure inherent to concrete finishing applications, with proper drainage to prevent moisture accumulation around battery terminals.
