Multiquip 44007 Vertical Mast Base Unit - OEM Replacement Part for Light Towers

The vertical mast base unit is the critical foundation assembly that houses the magnetic proximity switches and mounting structure for the light tower's mast extension system. This component anchors the telescoping mast sections and integrates the automated raise-lower control system that signals when the mast has fully extended or retracted.

On the LT6KV light tower, this base unit works in conjunction with magnetic raise-lower switches on the outer vertical mast to provide precise control feedback during the 25+ foot mast extension process. The base assembly also incorporates the grounding terminal required for electrical safety compliance, located at the base and right side of the main mast assembly.
