Multiquip 44014 Middle Vertical Mast Tube Assembly - OEM Replacement Part

This middle vertical mast tube assembly forms the critical center section of the telescoping mast system on Multiquip light towers, enabling the mast to extend and retract smoothly during setup and stowing operations. The tube works in conjunction with the mast base pulley system and cable routing assembly to provide stable vertical extension while housing the internal cable mechanism that controls mast movement.

During mast operation, this middle section travels through the outer mast base as you press and hold the mast control switch, allowing the light tower to reach full height for maximum illumination coverage. The tube is engineered to precise tolerances to ensure smooth telescoping action while maintaining structural integrity under the weight of the upper mast sections and light fixtures. When lowering, magnetic proximity switches on the vertical mast base work with this assembly to stop mast descent at the proper stowed position.
