The T-Bar assembly allows lights on the LT6KV light tower to be mounted vertically, horizontally, and at various tilt angles as a complete system. This critical component provides the mechanical interface between the mast and the lighting fixtures, enabling operators to adjust illumination coverage across the typical 5 to 7 acre lighting range. Located at the top of the mast assembly, the T-Bar must withstand the mechanical stress of repeated raising and lowering cycles during the hoist system's operational lifespan of 1,000 cycles (3,000 cycles up and down).

Proper T-Bar function is essential for maintaining lighting positioning during extended deployments. The vertical configuration allows for optimized light distribution when maximum coverage is required. During setup, ensure the mast area is clear from personnel and objects both around and above the tower, as the mast extends in excess of 25 feet (7.62 meters).
