Multiquip 460030 Taper Lock Bushing 2012 x 1-1/2 - OEM Replacement Part

This taper lock bushing ensures precise alignment and secure mounting of the blade flange system on Multiquip walk-behind concrete saws. The 2012 x 1-1/2 inch bushing maintains critical tolerances between the blade shaft, flange, and blade inside diameter—preventing premature wear that leads to poor cutting characteristics and costly machine downtime.

The blade shaft system on these saws uses an oil bath design with a fully enclosed cast iron housing and 2-3/8 inch diameter shaft. Proper bushing fit is essential when torquing the blade mounting bolt to the specified 125-175 ft. lbs. The manual explicitly warns that an improperly torqued mounting bolt can cause rapid wear to the blade inside diameter, blade shaft, and flange bushing. This bushing also plays a role when using optional blade stacking kits (Kit #18501 or #18502) for wide cuts.
