The trim edge provides critical protection and guidance for the drum perimeter on ride-on tandem drum rollers, maintaining clean compaction edges and preventing substrate damage during asphalt paving and soil compaction operations. This 1" x 1" trim edge component mounts along the drum edge to ensure precise rolling width control and protect the drum surface from premature wear.

Designed for the AR13D ride-on roller, this trim edge works in conjunction with the 35.7-inch wide drum assembly to maintain the maximum rolling width specification. The AR13D features 22.6-inch diameter drums with 0.38-inch thickness, operating at weights up to 3,437 lbs with drum ballast. Proper trim edge condition is essential for maintaining the specified curb clearance of 7.75 inches (left) and 19.0 inches (right), and wall clearance tolerances of 1.75 inches (left) and 1.25 inches (right) during precision compaction work.
