The variable pump is the heart of the hydraulic drive system in vibratory rollers, controlling the precise travel speed and directional movement of the machine. This pump works in conjunction with the traveling lever to regulate hydraulic flow, allowing operators to achieve smooth forward, reverse, and neutral positioning during compaction operations.

This Poclain PMV0-09 variable pump delivers 9cc/rev maximum discharge with a maximum relief set pressure of 150 kgf/cm². The integrated charge pump provides 3.2 cc/rev discharge at 8 kgf/cm² charge relief setting pressure. Built-in check valves eliminate the need for external valve components. Designed to operate with ISO VG46 hydraulic oil at 1,800 rpm/h, this pump maintains consistent performance across the MRH601DS vibratory roller's full working speed range of 0-1.86 mph (0-3 kph) and handles operations on grades up to 35% (20°).
