The crankshaft assembly is the critical rotating component that converts the engine's combustion power into the reciprocating motion required for tamping operation in the MTR-60L rammer. This complete crankshaft assembly is essential for maintaining the unit's 600 blows per minute tamping rate and 2,140 lbs. per blow impact force at the specified 3,800-4,000 rpm operating speed.

The MTR-60L rammer is powered by a Robin EC-08G air-cooled four-cycle gasoline engine that relies on the crankshaft to transmit power through the centrifugal clutch system.
