This carburetor assembly regulates the fuel-air mixture for the MTR-60L tamping rammer's engine, controlling idle speed (1,200 ±100 RPM) and full operating speed (3,800 RPM). The carburetor features adjustable pilot and idle screws for precise tuning. The pilot screw should be turned to closed position then opened approximately one full turn for smooth engine idling. High speed adjustment is controlled by the adjusting screw and nut at the proper stop position on the governor linkage.

Proper carburetor adjustment is critical for the MTR-60L's performance, which requires 550-600 impacts per minute at 4,000 engine RPM.
