Multiquip 802187 Drive Plate - OEM Replacement Part for Rollers

The drive plate is a critical component in the hydrostatic drive system of vibratory rollers, transferring rotational power from the pump assembly to the drum drive motors. This component works within the hydraulic system that controls forward and reverse travel operations, where the hydrostatic pump supplies high-pressure oil through the valve block to front and rear drum drive motors based on travel lever position.

In the AR14H system, the drive plate operates as part of the closed-loop hydraulic circuit where port A supplies high-pressure oil during forward operation and port B becomes the suction return. When the travel lever is moved to reverse, oil flow direction reverses through the system. Drive plate failure can result in loss of drum rotation, inconsistent travel speed, or complete loss of forward/reverse functionality. This component is subject to wear from continuous operation in demanding asphalt and soil compaction applications.
