Multiquip 802385 Drum Safety Grill - OEM Replacement Part for Stationary Mixers

The drum safety grill is a critical safety component designed to prevent operator hands and solid objects from entering the mixing drum during operation. This protective barrier must remain closed and installed at all times when the mixer is in use to maintain safe working conditions on job sites.

According to Multiquip specifications, this safety grill should never be removed or modified, and the grill opening bar must remain intact. The grill requires daily maintenance—wash it down after each use to prevent material buildup that could compromise its protective function. The rear section of the safety grate connects directly to the mixing drum and must be properly secured before operation.

This grill is engineered specifically for PRO12 series hydraulic plaster and mortar mixers with 12 cubic foot drum capacity. When performing drum cleaning or maintenance, operators must disconnect the spark plug wire before accessing the drum interior, even with the safety grill in place.
