Multiquip 804155 Chassis - OEM Replacement Part for Vibratory Rollers

The chassis assembly serves as the main structural frame for the V305EH vibratory roller, integrating critical components including the drum mounting system, hydrostatic drive components, and operator controls. This complete chassis system measures 88.5 inches in overall length with a 47-inch wheelbase and 35-inch overall width, designed specifically for walk-behind asphalt compaction operations.

This chassis houses the fully enclosed hydrostatic drive system, vibration drive V-belt assembly, travel drive V-belt system, and tool-free access compartment hood for maintenance access. The frame provides mounting points for front and rear neoprene rubber scrapers that prevent material build-up between the 29-inch wide steel drum and frame during asphalt rolling operations. The integrated water spray bar delivery system mounts directly to the chassis with mechanical lever control for three water-flow adjustment settings.
