Multiquip 806538 Rod Connector Dump - OEM Replacement Part

The rod connector dump is a critical linkage component in the hydraulic dump system of track-driven power buggies, connecting the tub support rod to the dump control mechanism. This connector enables the controlled dumping of material loads by translating operator input from the dump control lever and dump pedal through the hydraulic system to raise and lower the tub (bucket) safely.

This OEM connector works in conjunction with the tub support rod shown in Figure 37 of the Multiquip maintenance documentation, which must be engaged to safely support the tub during dumping operations. The dump system relies on precise mechanical linkages and hydraulic components including the tandem hydraulic pump (axial displacement piston pump and gear pump) that operates through approximately 5.3 gallons of hydraulic oil. Proper maintenance of dump system components prevents failure during material transport and ensures safe operation of the 3,000 lb. capacity buggy.
