The frame assembly provides the structural foundation for the C30HDGA concrete pump, supporting the reciprocating piston pump system, hopper, engine mount, and hydraulic components during high-pressure pumping operations. This critical structural component must withstand continuous vibration and the stress of pumping up to 25 cubic yards per hour at maximum concrete piston face pressures of 500 psi.

Engineered to support the complete 2,950 lb. pump assembly including the ZENITH 416 GAMMA 45 hp engine, 6 cubic foot hopper, and 7-gallon lube oil box, this frame is designed for the demanding conditions of vertical pumping up to 150 feet and horizontal distances of 400-500 feet. The frame incorporates mounting points for the 125-foot remote control cable system and accommodates 7.35" × 14" tires for job site mobility.
