Multiquip 808817 Motor 18HD BTO 18V Trowel - OEM Replacement Part

This 18V motor powers the trowel mechanism in Multiquip concrete pumps, providing the precise control needed for concrete finishing operations. The motor integrates with the ignition system and digital control panel to enable forward and reverse direction control during pumping operations. During startup procedures, this motor engages when the ignition key is turned to the START position after the Emergency Stop switch has been released and the Direction Control switch is set to FORWARD position. In warm weather, allow 5 minutes of warm-up time; in cold weather, extend this to 10 minutes to ensure proper motor function.

Before servicing or replacing this motor, always disconnect the NEGATIVE battery terminal and place a DO NOT OPERATE tag over the switch. Keep battery cables in good working condition and inspect battery terminals periodically with a wire brush or sand paper to maintain clean connections. Verify the pressure gauge reads zero before beginning any electrical service work.
