This inlet hose and clamp assembly delivers hydraulic fluid from the hydraulic drive pump to the manifold block in Multiquip ride-on rollers and ride-on trowels. In the AR13D hydraulic system, this inlet assembly is a critical connection point that supplies pressurized ISO 46 anti-wear hydraulic fluid to the aluminum manifold, which then distributes flow to the hydraulic motors controlling drum rotation, vibration, and steering functions. The assembly includes factory-installed clamps to prevent leaks under the system's operating pressure range of 800-1,000 psi during normal operation and up to 5,000 psi maximum test pressure.
