Multiquip 955300680 Switch Assembly - OEM Replacement Part for Plate Compactors

This switch assembly serves as a critical electrical control component for Multiquip plate compactors, managing ignition and start functions for the equipment. The assembly integrates with the compactor's electrical panel system, which is secured to the front of the unit with specific 6mm and 5mm socket head bolts as part of the COMPAS II electrical system configuration.

During installation or replacement, technicians will need to access the electrical panel by first removing the side cover (secured with four 12 × 55mm socket head bolts) and front bumper (two 14 × 35mm socket head bolts). The switch connects to the main wiring harness and works in conjunction with the fuse holder assembly and sensor panel system. Proper grounding must be maintained through the hex head bolt securing the ground wire to the mounting plate behind the electrical panel.
