The actuator cover is a protective component that shields the electric linear actuator assembly on Multiquip Globug light towers, preventing debris and environmental contamination from entering the mast system during lamp stand positioning operations. During actuator replacement procedures, technicians remove eight adapter bolts (M8 x 20, socket 13) after disconnecting the actuator pin and wire band securing the actuator cable.
