Multiquip A400432103 GBX III Wire Rope 2 - OEM Replacement Part

This wire rope is a critical component of the mast raising and lowering system on Multiquip Globug light towers. The wire rope works in conjunction with the winch handle mechanism to raise the 5-stage telescopic mast assembly to its maximum height of 23 feet and lower it back down for transport and storage. During operation, the winch handle is turned counterclockwise to completely lower the mast, with the wire rope bearing the load throughout the extension and retraction cycle.

Regular inspection of the wire rope is essential for safe light tower operation, as worn or frayed cables can compromise mast stability and create serious safety hazards.
