The rotor assembly is the rotating electromagnetic component within the generator that works with the stator to produce electrical power output. This critical assembly is essential for maintaining proper voltage generation and electrical frequency stability in super silent generator applications. When a rotor fails, symptoms include loss of power output, voltage fluctuations, or complete generator failure despite the engine running normally.

This rotor assembly integrates with the generator control system, which includes the voltage rectifier (AVR), over-current relay, and starter relay housed in the generator control box.
